Equipment Rental Process

Reserving Equipment

  • Call 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability and reserve your equipment.
  • Minimum 24 hours' notice required for us to pull your equipment.
  • Picking up Monday? Notify us by Friday morning.
  • For delivery/on-site service, drop-off location and time must be confirmed, with deposit paid 24 hours in advance for staffing purposes.


Contractors

  • Please provide the name and cell number of the crew member picking up equipment


Payment & Deposit

  • Call or visit the office to pay the 50% deposit before pick up. Credit card is required ( 3.5% card fee).

  • Rental rates are per day.
  • Remaining balance is charged to the same card upon return of all equipment, cords, and accessories.

  • Returns: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Weekends by appointment only (+$30 weekend return fee).

Rental Rates & Period

  • Rates are per day (24 hours), from pick-up to return.
  • Equipment is billed daily whether in use or not.
  • Rental period ends when equipment is received back at our shop.
  • 5% discount on weekly rentals.


  • Polishing concrete typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on square footage, aggregate exposure, and concrete condition.


Transporting Equipment

  • Diamond grinders (500-1000 lbs): We recommend our delivery service.
  • Self-transport requirements:
  • Trailer with a heavy-duty flat ramp, minimum 36" wide (snowmachine ramps not suitable).
  • Enclosed trailers: Equipment must be strapped down.
  • Open trailers: Equipment must be secured with ratchet straps, plastic, and duct tape to protect from movement and weather.

  • Customer is responsible for all equipment damage.
  • All rentals require sufficient lead time — please plan accordingly.
