Equipment Rental Process

Reserving Equipment

  • We recommend calling 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability and reserve your equipment.
  • Allow a minimum 24 hours’ notice for us to pull your equipment.
  • If you will be picking up on a Monday, please notify us the Friday morning before.
  • For Delivery Service and On-Site Options, the drop-off location and time must be confirmed, and your deposit paid 24 hours in advance for manpower scheduling purposes.


Contractors

  • Please let us know the name of your crew who will be picking up, and their cell number.


Payment Location

  • Call or visit the office to pay the 50% deposit before pick up. Credit card is required ( 3.5% card fee).

  • Rental rates are per day.
  • The credit card used for the deposit will be charged for the rental balance upon return of all equipment, cords and accessories.

  • Please call the office to notify when you’ll be returning equipment, so we can arrange for assistance at the Shop.


Notes regarding transporting heavier equipment:

  • We recommend our delivery service for diamond grinders — these weigh between 500-1000 lbs.
  • If you will be picking up, you must have a trailer with a heavy duty ramp, at least 36” wide
  • Snowmachine ramps are not suitable.
  • Enclosed trailers
  • Equipment must be strapped down.
  • Open trailers
  • Equipment must be secured from movement and weather with plastic, ratchet straps and duct tape to prevent damage to the electronics.

    Equipment Rentals are available anywhere in Alaska. For locations off the road system, we can ship to remote areas via air cargo or use the ferry. If you are unsure of equipment transportation, please ask the front office for clarification.
